Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can i buy items online?

A: No. Currently, we are not an online store. We do however have 7 outlets catering to all our customers and their locations.  

Q: What methods of payment do you accept at your Outlets?

A: We accept Credit Card - visa, mastercard etc, Mpesa, Cash and Cheque.

Q: Do you deliver? 

A: Yes. When you purchase an aquarium from us (depending on the size) we deliver to you and we send a professional to set up it up.

We also deliver Dog Food and dog accessories on wholesale, provided you are on a contract with us. 

Q: Are you a vet?

A: No we are not. But we do have vast knowledge on Fish and the diseases they can suffer from, as we have a large fish quarantine area, where we treat the Fish after receiving them (from various countries) before we send them to the Branches to sell. In the event that your Fish is/are looking sick, do not hesitate to contact us. 

Q: Are you open to communication 24 hrs? 

A: Emails will be responded to only during working hours, 8.30 - 5.00pm. Our facebook is always active, we like offer help to our customers in the event of an emergency (sick fish or bird, leaking aquarium etc) therefore feel free to contact us when needed and we will be there for you! We are working on a helpline that will be operational for longer hours.
